The Nu-Tecsys® NSC-4 nozzle reamer cleaning station is compareable and has many interchangeable parts with Binzel® TSC-6, Intertech® SC-2 & SC-4, CMI® SC-4 & NCS-24, K&K® K-2000 and MWR Reamer SC2-CV-2 models. It clamps, reams and sprays the welding nozzle in 3-5 seconds in a single station. And, when fitted with the optional PDA-92 wire cutter, it can trim the welding wire as the nozzle enters the cleaning station jaws. Reamer depth, duration and spray time are fully adjustable. Unit comes standard with venturi spray system and push-button primer. Robot I/O capability and 24 VDC signal required for interface. Proximity switch on jaw signals nozzle position in clamping jaw. Shop air @ 125 psi required. Reamer blades are available for nozzle sizes 7/16"(11mm)-7/8"(22mm) id. Each system includes one (1) reamer blade.
