Welding Gas Flow Checker Argon/Co2/Nitrogen/Air How do you know if you're using more shielding gas than you need? Simple solution to check the actual gas flow AT THE TORCH!

Here's the simple, low cost, way to test every welder and gas flow regulator in your shop to save big on wasted gas. Do it using our 191.0003 style gas flow gauge / checker!

With the wire feed drive roll disconnected and the weld gun pointed upward, hold the Gas Flow Checker against the end of the weld gun nozzle and depress the trigger on the welding gun. Gas flowing through the gun pushes the stainless steel ball up the acrylic tube. Gas flow rates are read on the scale printed on the acrylic tube (Argon / Co2 / Nitrogen in LTR/MIN and CFH). Then, adjust the gas rate accordingly.

This is a great way to test for gas regulator accuracy at the same time.
