The products we offer at welding-direct.com represent real value to you. We want you to come back again and again for all your welding/cutting needs. That's why we offer only the highest quality products at Warehouse Prices. All products listed and supplied are directly interchangeable and of equal quality to the referenced manufacturer's part number; however, unless otherwise noted on the product page, items may not be OEM and their performance in customer's system cannot be guaranteed.

Weldingdirect.com has a $25.00 order minimum to cover processing costs. This minimum is calculated on the product total only with taxes (IL) & freight charges applied separately.
Prices are subject to change without notice: however, in the event of a price discrepancy, customers will be notified and must approve changes prior to shipment of their order. No cancellation charges will apply.
Illinois residents add 7.5% sales tax.
Shipments within the United States and Canada are sent via UPS-GROUND unless you request special services, have a third-party collect account or if the equipment is beyond the limits of UPS regulations. The PUBLISHED UPS-GROUND SHIPPING RATE is the default shipping method unless other type is selected. This published rate (and any “Export or Brokerage” fee if to Canada), based on the “actual weight” of your specific order is added to the invoice at shipping. If customer prefers to be informed of these charges before shipping, they need to write a notice of such in the COMMENTS FIELD of the order and we will send confirmation.
"Drop Shipped" products, from other manufacturers, may be subject to delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to expedite all orders.
An adult's signature and a local phone number are required for all UPS packages. If your purchase is shipped to a "residential" address, make sure an adult is available to sign for your delivery to avoid delay or returned shipments.
If a UPS delivery is re-routed, per customer request or due to inaccurate delivery information, additional service charge will applied. Unless specifically advertised otherwise, shipping charges are added to your product total.
**Free Delivery** applies ONLY to the items designated as (**FREE Delivery**) and is available only via UPS-Ground Service within the Continental United States. Additional fees will be added to Free Delivery (**FREE Delivery**) orders if (1) additional "non-free delivery" items are included in the shipment (2) the delivery address is residential or (3) out of the standard delivery zones (4) if delivery requires special handling or (5) if the customer selects a premium delivery service.
COMMON CARRIER NOTES
All Equipment shipped by Common Carrier (TRUCK) must be unloaded by the receiver. Truck drivers will only move equipment to the tail of the truck. Union Rules prohibit drivers from any unloading.
If your delivery is to a residential address, make certain you have the ability to unload the equipment, otherwise, make arrangements for the delivery to be held on the Freight Company Dock for your pick up. Additional charges for Residential Delivery or Special Handling are at the Customers Expense and must be paid for At Time of Delivery to the delivery company.
SHIPPING DAMAGE / DISCREPANCIES
Shipping damage that is obvious upon receipt must be reported immediately to the shipping company. Hidden damage, discrepancies or shortages must be reported to the delivery carrier, in writing, within 24 hours of delivery.
Weldingdirect.com takes no responsibilty for shipping damage.
WeldingDirect.com accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for "stock" items shipped in the United States and Canada. Credit cards are not accepted on any international, discontinued or special order item.
EXPORT ORDERS / INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS
Pre-Payment is required by Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact our Credit Department for details of opening an International Account and for Banking details.
Minimum order requirement of $50.00 for all accounts. Prices and/or equipment specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Your privacy and the security of your account is of utmost importance to us. Welding-Direct.com will never sell, trade, publish or otherwise make available to anyone, it's customer's names, addresses, credit card information, phone or fax numbers, email addresses or inquiry lists.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES / REPAIRS
As a distributor, all of the products we offer are covered by original manufacturer's warranties. Requests for warranty repairs may be submitted directly to the product manufacturer or through welding-direct.com. Per industry standards, all torch consumables are provided without warranty.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns, for any reason, must first be approved by Welding-Direct.com and arrive with a preassigned RGA number. Contact our office (1-847-568-3170) for return instructions. Only store credits will be issued, no cash refunds.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Freight, Shipping and Insurance costs associated with the return of any item are solely at the customer's expense. Close-outs, Special Deals, Special Order Items, Custom Build Items, Helmets and consumables are not returnable. Returns due to ordering errors must be completed within 30 days of original invoice. A minimum 15% Restocking Charge and/or an additional Handling Fee may apply to any item authorized for return for store credit.
Claims for Goods damaged in transit must be made immediately to the shipping company, otherwise, the claim may be invalid. In addition, Customer must notify weldingdirect.com, in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of goods as to the extent of damage.
