Product Description

The H&S Autoshot® HSW-6550 double pulse synergic 250 amp Multifunction MIG welder with 42 preloaded programs features three MIG guns for Aluminum, Steel & Silicone Bronze (MIG brazing) applications as required by I-CAR and many automotive manufacturers such as Ford and Tesla. Unit comes with 2-cylinder shelf and dual gas regulators for Argon & mixed gas.

The inverter power source is controlled with a 7" LCD scroll menu display and offers single, double, synergic and manual MIG, lift-arc DC TIG and MMA arc electrode operating modes. Adjustable MIG parameters include thickness, arc length, inductance, burn-back, pre-flow, post flow, slow feed and 2T/4T trigger control. In TIG, down slope and post flow. In MMA, hot start and arc force.

Unit ships via motor freight with pallet weight of ~200 lbs.

Welding Gas Cylinder 80 CF Argon/Co2 W/ CGA580 Valve

This 80 CF gas cylinder is pressure rated to DOT 3AA and comes complete with CGA580 input w/ shut off valve and steel cap. This is the perfect tank for use with our portable machine cart as it holds more gas than a 40CF tank but doesn't tip the cart like a 125CF bottle.

Tank is 37" tall and 7" diameter weighing ~45 lbs. Shipped empty due to DOT regulations. May be filled or exchanged at any welding gas distributor with no rent or lease fee.

Always follow CFR regulations for securing gas cylinder.
