This universal Tweco® style replacement mig gun features gas-valve-in-handle (GVIH) design with separate gas line, trigger leads and power cable enclosed in flexible cover required for selected ATD®, Astro® Powermig 110, Cemont® (90055283), Clarke® 140EN & 190EN, Campbell-Hausfeld®, Chicago Electric® 171/1I, Central Purchasing®, Craftsman®, Firepower®, Helvi®, Matco® (9807600518), Northern Tool®, Sears®, Schumacher®, Shark® 140EN & 190EN, Silver-Beauty® 90070-71, PowerArc®, Westward® (2CZE4), and other portable MIG welding systems.

Standard 8' cable assembly includes #10AWG power lead with terminal lug, trigger wires with insulated connector(s), gas hose (on some models), wire conduit liner (.023-.035"), mounting bushing in heavy-duty flexible cover. Package includes .030" contact tip and 1/2" conical nozzle.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Some connection modifications may be required for your machine. Black mounting bushing is not required for some machines and can be removed for direct wire liner connection to wire-feed drive. Male or Female .250" spade or 2-pin Molex trigger terminals and/or single trigger wire models are also available upon request at no additional charge.
